90’s Flashback Party – Back 2 Kool!

Vanilla Ice and MC Hammer in South Africa…

Vanilla Ice and MC Hammer will be the guest stars at a 90s flashback dance party, which will be held at the Carnival City Big Top Arena in Johannesburg on 15 to 16 December and GrandWest Grand Arena in Cape Town on 17 to 18 December, 2010.

Rappers Vanilla Ice and MC Hammer have been in South Africa to shoot adverts for Castle Lite.

Old-school is cool so prepare for the ultimate triple bill from the 90`s Back 2 Kool, which will feature Vanilla Ice, MC Hammer and SNAP`s Turbo B in a flashback dance party that will have you dust off your dancing moves from the 90`s with classics such as "Ice Ice Baby", "Can`t Touch This" and "Rhythm is a Dancer".

Texas rapper Robert van Winkle, better known to his legion of fans as Vanilla Ice, is best remembered for his hit single Ice Ice Baby, which became the first hip hop single to go to number one on the US Billboard charts, and tracks such as Play That Funky Music, It’s a Party and Dancin'.

Stanley Burrell is the Californian rapper, preacher, actor, flamboyant dancer and entrepreneur that burst onto the music scene in 1986 under the pseudonym MC Hammer. He achieved phenomenal success with hit tracks such as U Can’t Touch This, Have You Seen Her, Pray, Too Legit to Quit, Addams Groove and Pumps and a Bump.

Turbo B of German Eurodance group Snap! First hit the charts with their track The Power.
