Coffee and Chocolate Festival

Tantalise your taste buds with some decadent and delectable delights at this heavenly affair

Two of the most addictive and delicious ingredients collide at this taste fiesta; caffeine and sugar. We all know that coffee and chocolate go together like wine and cheese, only better, which is why you don’t want to miss this delightfully delicious event. Join fellow coffee dependants and chocolate addicts  at the Durbanville Racecourse from Friday, 6 to Sunday, 8 October 2017 for an event that will have you buzzing with excitement (and from the caffeine probably!).

This is not just an all-day coffee drinking and chocolate eating fest (which would not be a bad thing); there are over 80 coffee and chocolate inspired products to sample and salivate over! Have a look below at some of the things you can expect at the second annual celebration of all things chocolate and coffee!

WHAT TO EXPECT AT THE 2017 COFFEE AND CHOCOLATE FESTIVAL

MARDI GRAS PAIRING THEATRE: Enjoy the visionary sensation of a Mardi Gras themed pairing theatre. Be transported to Rio with this unique experience, complete with whisky, wine, liqueur and chocolate pairings that will send you to your happy place.

DAILY NEWS EXPERIENCE: This is the home of the chocolate workshop! Become a master chocolatier and never have to buy anyone a gift, ever again! Learn how to make the most decadent chocolate treats from experienced chefs, and stay up-to-date with the latest chocolate trends and innovations from the culinary world.

COCOA MOKKA MUSIC LOUNGE: Sit back and relax in this cosy area where you can listen to the sweet sounds of SA’s best up-and-coming artists. Headlined by the talented indie-folk band, The Motherland, this vibrant space is perfect for chilling out with friends and family. You can also sample some fantastic alcoholic creations, such as chocolate craft beers and coffee wine, while soaking up the music.
