Support the fight against breast cancer with a lavish day of authentic polo

Don your finest threads and make your appearance at the ninth annual Cintron Pink Polo tournament on Saturday 3 November 2018. Hosted at Val de Vie, the Cape's premier polo and wine estate, the event raises awareness for the fight against breast cancer, a disease that affects both men and women.

You can enjoy the afternoon in the picturesque Winelands at the estate’s pavilion and on the surrounding lawns, overlooking Val de Vie’s polo fields where the riveting matches will take place. You can look forward to a day filled with all things pink and polo-inspired – from the fashion to the food and wine offerings, with plenty of surprises in store.

Polo is well-regarded as "The Sport of Kings" and the theme for the 2018 event is "Authentic Polo". The event's colour scheme is emerald green and pink with touches of gold to incorporate the regal association of the sport as a luxury pastime.

COMBAT CANCER
The event supports St Stephen Oncology Centre in Paarl and the Children Cancer Foundation South Africa (CHOC).

Come out dressed to the nines and enjoy gourmet food at a Pink Food Truck Fair and find your way to craft cocktails, canapés and sweet delicacies too. A silent fashion show is also on the menu, as well as a Pink Sunset Surprise.

This year’s elegant event will be filled with fabulous entertainment, SA’s favourite celebrities, mouthwatering treats and refreshing drinks, so mark the calendar and make your way to the Paarl-Franschhoek Valley for an auspicious afternoon, supporting a good cause.
