An example of how in tune Enrico’s catering is to his customers, is his summer menu that he creates for Cape Town's scorcher months where he serves Rigatoni Genovese, Veal Carpaccio and Viteltonnato. Decadently prepared, the meals will have you feeling cool as a cucumber in the summer heat - but in winter the hearty meals will warm your body and soul.
