It’s Christmas Time at the Newlands Spring Market

Their first market was such a success that they’re coming back for a Christmas edition

On Sunday, 17 December 2017, The Good Vibes Project brings you the second installment of the Newlands Spring Market at The Oval in Newlands. Prepare for a day of good food, local products and general Christmas merriment.

Is your mouth watering yet? This Christmas edition promises 50% more vendors than the first installment in October. Be sure to take look at their Facebook page for all the latest news and vendor updates.

Aside from the delicious food in store for you, the organisers have made sure that you won’t be left thirsty either. Because you’re so close to a brewery (and because their beer is awesome), the Newlands Spring Brewing Co will be in attendance with enough kegs to keep everyone happy. The Spring Bar will also be fully stoked just in case you’re not a fan of the golden brew. If you prefer your drink well-aged and grape-based, then Catch of The Day Wine bar is sure to be one of your favourite stalls. Wine also not your jam? Perhaps take a stroll to the Springs Cocktail Bar and grab yourself a mojito? Sounds like a plan to us.

Will there be music? Good question. Yes indeedy; there will be music a-plenty to keep your ears happy and your feet tapping.

For those with kiddies, you can bring them along! The Newlands Spring Market is the perfect playground for little ones. As we mentioned above, Tessa’s Bakery will be have a stall and we can think of no better way to get a smile on your little one’s face than with one of Tessa’s unique unicorn cupcakes.

A special feature at the Christmas Newlands Spring Market is the doggy playpark. That’s right, you can even bring your canine bestie along, so literally your entire family is invited.
