Celebrate the first birthday of Spilt Milk with a solid techno jol

Get lost in a world of sound and psychedelic light at the first birthday celebration of the local techno festival organiser, Spilt Milk. This thumping two-day music festival will transform the Cape Town Ostrich Ranch into its alter-ego – a carefree world of thundering bass lines and flickering strobe lights, on Saturday, 10 and Sunday, 11 September 2016.

Heading up the artists on stage is French techno wizard, Citizen Kain, who will bring his signature sound to the revellers of Cape Town. Also hitting the decks will be a variety of local DJs who will keep the massive inflatable domed arena vibrating throughout the duration of the event. This giant dome will be flanked by two “igloos” to create a covered dance floor and bar area that can be transformed into any landscape with the help of powerful projectors and lighting effects.

The event organisers are going all-out with special effects to ensure you get a surprise at every stage of the festival, so grab your mates and leave your worries in Cape Town as this is one crazy gathering that will kick off trance season perfectly.

Please note that this is event is strictly no under 18s, and ID will be required upon entrance. No food or drink will be permitted at the venue as there will be a fully licensed cash bar and food trucks available. The doors open at noon on Saturday, and the festival winds down at 2pm on Sunday.
