Queen for a Day - Spa Special
Your mother (yes, yours specifically) has a lot to deal with, and with stress comes the immense need for a spa day. The Spa at The Twelve Apostles Hotel is offering a pampering session fit for Marie Antoinette herself. This two and a half hour spa sensation is the perfect mother-daughter bonding session, or a lovely break for mum to have some alone time absolutely free of hassle. The experience starts with a full body lime and ginger scrub to refresh and renew, followed by a full body massage and a facial. We weren’t kidding, this is the real deal. Remember people, The Spa at The Twelve Apostles Hotel was named the ‘best spa in SA’ for 2015 by House & Leisure Magazine. After a day of spa-tastic relaxation, your mum will be treated to a delicious surprise. This experience includes a spa lunch prepared by the chefs at the award-winning hotel, and a glass of sparkling wine to accompany it. The lucky ladies treated to this offer will also have use of the spa’s other facilities including the hydro pool, salt water floatation pool and the tranquility lounge.

Mother’s Day Lunch
Treat your mom to a scrumptious lunch on Sunday, 8 May, at either Azure Restaurant or the Atlantic Terrace Marquee. This experience features (above and beyond the amazing views, service and the look of pure delight on your mum’s face upon seeing where she is having lunch) a delicious buffet service, live music and a surprise gift for all the mothers, courtesy of The Twelve Apostles Hotel and Spa. The menu includes a hot and cold buffet, carvery, and dessert section. Dishes on offer include citrus and coriander roast chicken, leg of lamb (roasted), rib-eye steak, line fish, Cape Malay curry, smoked salmon salad, DIY salad station and much more. The dessert section (brace yourselves) has 12 treats on offer including milk chocolate and apricot mousse cake, assorted bonobos, rose panna-cotta and many more.

Tea by the Sea at The Leopard Bar and The Conservatory
High tea and a sea-side view go together like scones and cream (which they have, just by the way). Treat your mum to an extra special high-tea experience with some of the people who do it best. The Leopard Room and The Conservatory offer high-tea, but this one is extra fab in honour of all the mothers. Treat your mum (and your tummy) to cream scones, delicious cakes, macaroons and finger sandwiches so fine, the queen would nod in approval. All that food needs a wine accompaniment and that’s why a glass of bubbly will be only a smile away, along with a selection of teas to suit your every mood. This extra special tea is only on offer from 10am to 4pm on both Saturday, 7 May and Sunday, 8 May 2016 so don’t hesitate and miss the yumminess!
