Nataniel at Paul Cluver Forest Amphitheatre

Funny, smart and undoubtedly a diva, the king of cabaret is back

If you’re South African, you’re sure to have heard of Nataniël. If you’re from overseas, you’ve probably heard of him too. One of this country’s most iconic faces, the man with a voice as smooth as his baby-cheeks is set to bring his own particular brand of sexy sound to the Paul Cluver amphitheatre on Saturday, 23 January 2016.

As part of the Hope@PaulCluver concert series, all proceeds from the show go to the Thembalitsha Foundation, which does fantastic work in nurturing people to a position of self-reliance through access to education, healthcare and training programmes. Nataniël is known for his charitable persona, having founded the Nataniël Progress Project and he’s also an ambassador for Child Welfare SA.

As anyone familiar with the solo star will know, no Nataniël performance is complete without a hearty dose of humour, some smart satire, and the singer’s eclectic pseudo-cabaret style. Combining personal anecdotes with his own musical hits, guests can expect to chuckle liberally, whilst also delighting in solid songs and the enchanting ambiance of the eucalyptus-lined theatre.
