South Africa’s superstar Jesse Clegg is back with new music that will have you singing along until your voice is gone. The Heartbreak Street singer is returning to Cape Town for a live show at The Rockwell on Saturday, 9 July 2016. Book your tickets at Computicket.com now!
You may know Jesse Clegg as the son of iconic singer Johnny Clegg, but the 28-year-old rocker is making waves all on his own with his solo music career. His platinum-selling albums When I Wake Up and Life On Mars have made him a nationwide success and earned him three South African Music Awards nominations as well as gigs at some of the biggest music festivals across the country.
Jesse has been making a name for himself overseas and spent seven weeks touring the United States and Canada in 2014 in addition to performing at the Isle of Wight Festival in the UK. His successful second album landed him a partnership with Grammy-winning producer David Bottrill, who has worked with bands like Muse and Placebo. Following in his father’s footsteps, Jesse was also made an official ambassador for the Nelson Mandela 46664 Foundation and performed at the Mandela Day Concert in New York.
The singer’s third album, Things Unseen, has been officially released for pre-order and he’ll be debuting some of the new tracks at the concert – don’t miss out on a chance to hear them live for the first time.

TICKETS TO THE 2016 JESSE CLEGG CONCERT AT THE ROCKWELL
Tickets will cost R130p/p and can be purchased online at Computicket.com or by sending an email to events@rockwellhotel.co.za. Doors open at 7pm. No under 18s are allowed at the show.
There is a restaurant with a cash bar at the venue so feel free to pop in for a quick meal before the show or during the 30-minute interval.
