From the Ground Up - Movement and Fitness Workshop

A fitness and movement workshop that will get you up and going this weekend in Cape Town...

If you missed the first 'From the Ground Up workshop, don’t worry about it, your chance to join in on the fitness craze is on this Saturday, 14 January 2017 at 11.30am. This unique introductory session aims to familiarize you with lower ground structures and the ability to handle yourself lower to the ground itself. It aims to build your confidence, strength and skill in navigating yourself outdoors and indoors, so that you can train and/or play more safely.

You can expect activities like crawling, landing and breakfall techniques, small jumps and more low to the ground excercises. There is no need to worry your fitness level as it is open to all fitness levels. Whether you are just curious or looking to advance in a specific movement skill - then this event is the perfect opportunity.

During the first few hours of exercising you will experience the ability to share, learn and interact with anyone who is looking to improve their lives and the lives of others through exercise and well-being. You will love the fact that there is no obsessing over calories, sets and reps, but rather a profound appreciation about effectively making use of your body and its ability to move.

Tickets to From The Ground Up are available on Saturday, 14 January at the event. So draw some cash and meet at the Keurboom Park in rondebosch at 11.30am and give the cash to one of the instructors. You can pay at the end of the session at 3pm too. Make sure you bring along R140p/p.
