Together with Cape Town Routes Unlimited, the International
Culinary Tourism Association and Thebe Conferences, FEDHASA Cape is
co-hosting a wine & food tourism conference from 10 - 12 April at
Nelson's Creek Wine Estate in Paarl. FEDHASA is a co-brander of
the conference. The International Culinary Tourism Association, whose
President and CEO was in Cape Town a few weeks ago, will also be
involved. The conference has been initiated to help
wineries, restaurants, tour operators, hotels and guest houses benefit
from the opportunities wine and food tourism offer. The
organizers are confident that this will become a regular feature on the
agenda and will add much needed focus on wine and food tourism.
