As Cape Town turns from Autumn to Winter, the 3rd Wine and Dine this year on Tuesday, 27 June 2006 highlights the elegant wines of Klein Constantia.
Young winemaker, Adam Mason will be on hand to impart his wealth of wine knowledge whilst Executive Chef Craig Paterson and his team will be pairing these fine wines with a sumptuous 5-course menu of bold flavours and taste sensations.
Opportunities to taste wines from one of the oldest producing regions in the country should not be missed. Award winning wines to be tasted include the pièce de resistance from this top estate - the Vin De Constance 2000.
