Choose a table for two on the expansive outdoor terrace and dine beneath the stars, or, for cosier companionship, pick a nook inside next to the floor-to-ceiling windows; they all flaunt uninterrupted vistas of the surrounding sea.

Get the loved-up vibes flowing with a complimentary on-arrival cocktail, let the soulful sounds of the Dawie Goldberg Duo set the romantic tone for the evening and, as the setting sun fades into twilight, settle in to feast on six scrumptious dishes off the set menu.

To start off the amorous evening, Phyllo Pencil of Port Duck Mousse will be served, followed by Tomato Consommé with Pass-Dried Ravioli and Smoked Paprika Straw. After cleansing the palate with a Passion Fruit and Champagne Sorbet, choose between Crisp Salmon Scaloppini, Tender Contre-fillet of Lamb or Asian Pork Belly, all perfectly paired with fresh seasonal sides, for mains. For a sweet ending, select between two sinful combinations: The Deep Chocolate Mocha Pudding or the Strawberry Pavlova Rasmopolitan.

After the final course, linger a little longer and savour each other’s company over a warming cup of tea or coffee. Upon departure and before being whisked off by their valentine, ladies will be given a red rose to make them feel extra special.
