One of the sporty highlights of every year in Cape Town is the Old Mutual Two Oceans Marathon, the most famous ultra-marathon in South Africa and one of the most beautiful races worldwide. The 56km route takes runners for instance over Chapman's Peak, through Hout Bay and around Table Mountain, and attracts more than 20 000 people each year. Those runners who would like to participate in the Ultra marathon of the Old Mutual Two Oceans Marathon may enter their applications untill the 18th of February 2008.
