2006 SA Amateur attracts unprecedented international filed in run-up to World Amateur Golf Team Championships 2006.
The World Amateur Golf Team Championships - amateur golf's biggest International Championship - will be staged at De Zalze and Stellenbosch Golf Clubs from 18 - 29 October 2006. The WATC is held biennially, with the Ladies and Men's team events staged on two consecutive weeks at the same venue. The 2006 WATC will be the 23rd men's competition for the Eisenhower Trophy and the 20th women's competition for the Espirito Santo trophy.
