The Livingspace Bridal Experience, an expo-workshop combination that looks to give brides and grooms-to-be an opulent taste of the big day, is taking place on Saturday, 22 September 2012 at the exclusive Le Franschhoek Hotel and Spa from 10am until 6pm that evening.
Not your everyday wedding planning affair, the Livingspace Bridal Experience not only offers the stock-standard free consultations with photographers, dress boutiques, cake experts and more, but it ALSO gives the future betrothed a chance to pamper themselves while primping for their fairy tale celebration.
Brides are invited into the five-star hotel’s spacious changing rooms for gown fittings and viewings while grooms are encouraged to spend the afternoon in the “groom’s room”, which is equipped with a flat screen television, Johnny Walker-lead whiskey tastings, suit fittings and bachelor party exhibitions. Additionally, workshops that tackle more practical issues, like antenuptial contracts and registries, are on offer, and wine tasting, sundowners and picnics on the sprawling, green Franschhoek lawn are activities also on the bill.
Couples can choose to attend the expo, both the expo and workshops, or can book to see the expo and workshops as well as stay over at this fantastic Franschhoek haven.
As if that’s not enough, those attending also stand the chance to win a honeymoon to the Victoria Falls valued at R22,000!
The Expo at the 2012 Livingspace Bridal Experience includes:
