The Cape Town Capoeira festival will preside by Mestrando Canguru from Abadá-Capoeira, Rio de Janeiro who will be helped by a number of other professional Brazilian and Angolan Capoeiristas.

The entire Capoeira event in Cape Town will take place for one week, so take some extra lessons, or start taking Capoeira lessons to rock Cape Town on this airtight event.

During this week there will be daily Capoeira, Maculele, Forró Univesitário and Berimbau workshops at the Capoeira school in Cape Town and the week will culminate in the Batizado and Grading (Change of Ropes) ceremony, show and party.
