Treat yourself to an early Christmas present by getting down to the 2008 Virgin Festival by Virgin Mobile, which promises to be one of the coolest music festivals of the year with some of the world’s hottest acts.
The dates for the Virgin Festival 2008 are 13 December for Johannesburg and 16 December for Cape Town. There will be over 18 bands playing for almost 12 hours to an expected total crowd of 60 000.
The Virgin Festival line-up includes top international names as well as an impressive array of the best local bands, musicians and dj’s that South Africa has to offer.
Virgin Festival 2008 line-up:
Snoop Dogg, Maroon 5, Sugababes, One Republic, Eddy Grant, Goldfish, The Parlotones, Jozi, Zebra & Giraffe, Dirty Skirts.
But, while the fab music line-up for the concert will take centre stage, this is not all that the Virgin Festival by Virgin Mobile has to offer.
There is something for everyone with a feast of off stage entertainment, including a food village and Virgin Mobile customers will have VIP access to various on-site activities.
An explosion of fun, musical entertainment across multiple stages plus an adrenalin-pumping dance stage and just plain good sound is what you can expect from the 2008 Virgin Festival.
