The first ever South African Fitness & Lifestyle Expo will take place from 14 to 16 July 2006 at the Cape Town International Convention Centre. Amongst its other objectives and initiatives this unique 'new generation' exhibition also aims to improve the health of chronically sick children by donating R1 of every admission to The Red Cross Children's Hospital.

Visitors will be able to view all aspects of wellness & fitness under one roof as exhibitors include representatives from the entire health and fitness industry in the Western Cape and South Africa. The expo will include the latest in exercise equipment, nutrition and supplements, sports fashion, accessories, alternative health therapies, construction and even the opportunity for free consultations with fitness professionals and medical specialists.
