Supermodel DJ Willy Monfret is heating up Cape Town with a one night performance

LA French Connection and Exclusif Team present “One Night in Paris” with DJ Willy Monfret at the swanky Reserve club on Wednesday night, 27 June 2012. The French-Caribbean model looks to set the decks alight with his own brand of eclectic house music; a touch of French and Caribbean flavour, laced with Latin beats.

Raised in Paris, Monfret developed his DJ skills while travelling around the world. Aside from his jet-setting, he also takes his inspiration from his Parisian and Caribbean origins.  He’s currently based in New York City and earns his monthly residence at the Greenhouse nightclub.

With his dashing good looks, it comes as no surprise that he has a tremendous female following, and that he has a modelling career that’s landed him gigs for major fashion brands such as Ralph Lauren, Azzaro, Benetton, and magazines such as Vogue.

The Venue
Swathed in a rich cloak of history, The Reserve is housed in the old Reserve Standard Bank building. The interior, dating back to a grander time, has elements of old-world glamour, like high ceilings and grand spaces.
