This New Year’s Eve in Cape Town, the world’s party utopia Ibiza is lending their number one beat-making legend, DJ Andy Baxter, to the Mother City to head up celebrations at the oceanfront eatery-cum-club Grand Café & Beach in Granger Bay.
Baxter, the Spanish island’s resident DJ and global touring artist, has been spinning disco, hip hop, groove and house beats at world-renowned club Pacha Ibiza for the last decade and is so popular he’s even established his own monthly event, ‘The Vinyl Fix’. Exported from the Mediterranean jewel of party land specifically for this exclusive NYE party in Cape Town, the music legend is set to headline the jol alongside a selection of some of the hottest DJs this side of the equator as the bell tolls on the end of 2012.
