Mystery Ghost Bus Tours in Cape Town
Dying to meet the spirits of the Mother City past?
Pack in your Ouija board and your EMF meter and get ready to go ghost hunting on the Mystery Ghost Bus tour in Cape Town on Tuesday, 30 and Wednesday, 31 October 2012, for a ghoulish Halloween.
Modelled on the original London Ghost Bus, the Mystery Ghost Bus tour will take you to the Mother City’s oldest, spookiest venues, like the Kimberley Hotel and the Castle of Good Hope, in search of the sinister, supernatural activity that fuels the ghost stories of today. Those willing to delve into the sphere of the paranormal with be granted entrance into one of the city’s dark haunted rooms, into a historic cemetery and into other off-the-bus stops, as well as a few pubs along the way, so bring comfortable shoes as there is a fair amount of walking to do.
Venues, routes and ghoulish tales change on a regular basis to accommodate regular clients, making each trip a unique experience. The tour starts at 7pm and runs until the witching hour, midnight.
The start and end point is at Ferryman's Tavern at the V&A Waterfront. Bring along some “pub & grub” money, a torch and camera to catch any orbs, mists, vortexes or ghosts in action.
Tickets are R295p/p and don’t include any meals or beverages. No alcohol, food or cooler boxes are allowed on the coach - due to public liability laws. Tours run regardless of the weather.
