To kick-start summer, Morgenster Wine Estate will be serving their most
recent release âThe Summer House 2002'. What better way to start
an evening... a refreshing red wine balanced with a Bruce Robertson
innovation, âthe strawberry yogi sip'!
Set in the picturesque area of Somerset West, Morgenster Estate brings
a variety of elements to this month's wine and dine. Added to
winemaker Marius Lategan's award winning wines are the farm's acclaimed
olive products. Bruce has incorporated Morgenster olives into a
warm Moresca Olive and Mung Bean Soufflé served as part of the entrée
and it goes without saying that Morgenster olive oil will be drizzled
throughout the menu - a treat for any gastronome.
The evening begins at 19h00 for 19h30 with the first two canapés served
in the Conservatory - an opportunity to meet with Bruce Robertson,
and Giulio Bertrand, the owner of Morgenster.
