Information on doing and MBA at the University of Cape Town
Open day at Graduate School of Business for MBA Programmes

The University of Cape Town (UCT) Graduate School of Business (GSB), which offers the only MBA programme in South Africa to receive an international ranking as well as Executive Education short courses rated in the global top ten, will be holding an open information session this Thursday, 06 July.

Doing an MBA at a university in South Africa:
The UCT Graduate School of Business became the first business school in Africa to obtain a MBA ranking in 2005 when it placed 82nd in the Financial Times' Top 100 MBA rankings. The School took a major leap up the table this year, moving into 66th place.

Individuals based outside the Western Cape now also have the opportunity to take on the highly regarded UCT MBA in a flexible way as the School also recently launched a modular version of its MBA.

"The new modular programme offers students the ability to study for a UCT MBA from anywhere in the world. This flexible format enables them to take on the degree without having to leave their jobs or stop supporting their families at home," said Dr Vash Mungal, Director of the AIM, PGDMP and MBA programmes at the business school.

Information on the University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business's other programmes will also be available at the event, including the Executive MBA (EMBA), Post-Graduate Diploma in Management Practice (PGDMP) and Associate in Management (AIM) programmes, targeted at senior executive, mid-level, and entry-level managers respectively.
