DJ Fresh at Living Room

Catch 5FM’s most popular drive-time jockey, DJ Fresh, in the northern suburbs.

DJ Fresh, along with a seriously hot line-up, is performing at Living Room on Friday, 29 June 2012.

 The man with, arguably, the most-recognisable laugh in the nation needs no introduction; one of South Africa’s most popular disc jockeys, DJ Fresh can be found entertaining peak hour commuters every weekday from 3pm to 7pm on 5FM’s airwaves. Having released over twenty house albums, Fresh is credited as having “altered the house landscape in South Africa for good, bringing the genre into the mainstream music scene”.

 Not only an SA favourite though, DJ Fresh has also left his international mark. Folks from London, Miami, Dubai, Ibiza, Montreal and Melborne (to name but a few) have broken a sweat dancing to his beats, and he's shared a DJ box with the likes of “Little Louie” Vega, Frankie Knuckles, Armand Van Helden, Chris Lake, Paul Van Dyke, Oskido, Fat Boy Slim, and so many more.

 Catch him live, in the Cigar Lounge at Living Room for a deep house experience like no other. Tickets cost R60p/p, doors open at 9pm.
