Revenge will be the order of the day when the Cape Cobras head up against the Durban-based Sunfoil Dolphins in a T20 Ram Slam cricket clash at Newlands Stadium in Cape Town on Friday, 7 November at 6pm.
The match marks the start of the T20 season in the Mother City and pits the 2013-2014 Ram Slam T20 competition‘s finalists against each other again.
Previously, the mighty Dolphins beat the Cobras to win their first Ram Slam trophy in seven seasons! The Durban team, coached by former SA batsman Lance Klusener, will be looking for another victory against the boys in blue.
Ultimately, both teams will be looking to secure a solid start to the season and to establish themselves in the rankings. T20 cricket matches are known to be fast-paced, exciting and filled with sixes from some of your favourite cricket players.
Our boys in blue and yellow will be playing at their homeground, and with the support of the Cape Town behind them, they will surely be looking to pull out a victory!
