Starters
Chicken livers on rosti & sour cream & coriander.
3 Cheese s/rolls & sweet chilli sauce.
Fresh watermelon, feta & mint salad. 

Mains
Sirloin medallions with camembert & cranberries.
Open chicken Cordon blue with mushrooms, gypsy ham & cheese sauce.
Linefish with a mild curry crust, served with apricot pulp, yoghurt & coriander.

Desserts
Belgium chocolate ice cream & nougat sauce.
Trio of ice cream topped with a dash of kahlua.
Malva pudding & custard ice cream.
