Salad of Smoked Salmon, watercress, confit roma tomatoes and horseradish cream

Warm tomato “ Tarte Paysanne” with shaved Xmas honey glazed ham and aged balsamic

BBQ chermoula spiced tiger prawns with sticky poached apricot and rocket salad

Lemon Ice Granita

Mains:

Rolled breast of turkey with a macadamia nut and sage crumble, crispy olive and parsley polenta and a cranberry juice

or -

Oven roasted pork loin with rosemary potato gratin, red wine sauce and a green apple and cinnamon puree

or -

Poached fillet of beef with parsnip puree, sautéed English spinach, lattice sweet potato crisps and tarragon butter

Watermelon Ice Granita

Desserts:

Rich chocolate tart, vanilla cream
