We're already getting queries from all over the world about Cape Epic 2007 Mountain Biking Chalenge Cape Town. The dates are 24 - 31 March 2007 and we recommend that all riders, including international, initially apply via the public lottery.
It's a very simple process, and all the proceeds are donated to our charity, the Bicycling Empowerment Network (BEN), that exists to promote cycling as a means of transport to assist in poverty alleviation in Africa.
There are 2 blocks of entries that are awarded via the public lottery: International (35%) and South African Regional (65%). Both you and your riding partner can enter the lottery in order to increase your chances of success.
The lottery will open at the end of March and will stay open until the end of June so you have 3 months to complete your lottery application.
