Taste some of the best Cap Classique available at the Tops / Spar Cap Classique Tasting, in association with WINE Magazine, at the Arabella Sheraton Grand Hotel in Cape Town.

This tasting starts around 18:00hrs and is led by Pieter Ferreira, who is a Cellarmaster at Graham Beck. It is an event not to be missed, as you will be tasting some of the best South African bubblies.

The tasting comprises of the following:

* Laborie Blanc de Blanc 2000 - awarded four-and-half stars
* Villiera Tradition Brut Rose NV - awarded four stars
* Dieu Donné Maingard Brut 2002 - awarded four stars
* Villiera Monro 1999 - awarded four stars
* Weltevrede Philip Jonker Brut 2000 - awarded four stars
* Woolworths Blanc de Blanc Chardonnay Brut 2002 - awarded four stars
* Graham Beck Brut Blanc de Blancs 1999 - awarded four stars
* Desiderius 1998 - awarded four stars
* Graham Beck Brut 1994 - awarded four stars
* Le Grand 1881 Brut Chardonnay - awarded three-and-half stars
