Appletiser Summer Sunset concert at Kirstenbosch
Strait & Narro will be performing at the Appletiser Summer Sunset concert at Kirstenbosch on Sunday, 12 March from 5:30pm - 6:30pm.
Led by composer and pianist Mark Fransman and featuring Melanie Scholtz on vocals, Strait & Narro play an addictively original mix of funk, hip-hop, R&B, jazz and trip-hop elements.
Strait & Narro features Mark Fransman (piano/keyboards), Wesley Rustin (bass), Kevin Gibson (drums), Gavin Minter (percussion), Lee Thompson (trumpet), Buddy Well (saxophone) and Melanie Scholtz (vocals).
Tickets are R35 for adults, R25 for students (with student card) and R10 for children, inclusive of the garden entrance fee. Tickets for this concert will be available from the Kirstenbosch ticket office from Friday, 10th March 2006.
