The Constantia Winelands once more invites vino-lovers and connoisseurs alike to head to the region for an indulgent day of fine wine and gourmet food at the Constantia Fresh Wine Festival on Saturday, 25 February 2017.
The haute cuisine celebration endeavours to showcase the best of the valley’s vino and to explore similarly fresh reds, whites, pinks and sparklings from the rest of Mzansi and the world. As always, some of South Africa’s world-class chefs, including Peter Tempelhoff, Brad Ball and Annemarie Steenkamp, will conjure up culinary masterpieces to accompany the 200 top-notch wines on show.
Additionally, entertainment and live music is scheduled for the day, so sip, swirl and relax as you enjoy the sprawling lawns of the Buitenverwachting Wine Estate and make the most of the summer sunshine.

TICKETS FOR THE 2017 CONSTANTIA FRESH WINE FESTIVAL AT BUITENVERWACHTING
Tickets for the food and wine expo are available via Quicket.co.za and cost R550p/p. All food and wine samples, as well as a tasting glass are included in the ticket price.
