The suburb of Sea Point was once the playground of the rich and
famous, before the V&A Waterfront started its development. The
beautiful Seapoint Promenade along the Atlantic Ocean still
attracts people young and old ,walking, running, roller blading,
playing soccer or on the Beaches in Seapoint, sunbathing its small
sandy coves and surfing this stretch.
Seapoint has slowly started to reinvent itself, to revive that atmosphere that can be found on corners on main
road, for example Caturra Coffee, Kauai & New York Bagel.
Seapoint remains a more local area of
entertainment, and boasting a lovely few ocean view restaurants as
La Vie and affordable bistros such as Buzbey's grill, a step back into a time where nothing changed.
