Cadiz Heritage Day Swim

Not the type to relax on a day off?

The Cadiz Swim Series is a succession of cold water Cape sea swim races to promote swimming and to raise funds for good causes.

Heritage Day celebrates South African culture in the form of creative expression, our historical inheritance, language, the food we eat, the land in which we live, the sum total of wild life and scenic parks, sites of scientific or historical importance, national monuments, historic buildings, works of art, literature and music, oral traditions and museum collections together with their documentation.

This year’s beneficiary is Neghbourhood Old Age Home, a faith-based nonprofit organisation that has been providing services to needy pensioners in the Western Cape for 28 years.

Race Structure:

5km solo race that starts at 09:00 ( registration) and has 4 categories; males open, females open, males 40+, females 40+.
