The Bellville Velodrome is one of Cape Town's most popular venues for big concerts and sporting events
Directions to Bellville Velodrome.

The Bellville Veldrome is 20 minutes from the airport, 20 km from Cape Town on the N1 and 0,5 km from the N1 freeway.

Take the N1 from Cape Town towards Paarl.

Take the Durban Road off-ramp (No 23), then take the first robot left into Mispel road.

This will take you directly to the parking area of the Velodrome (near the Tygervally shopping centre).

The Bellville Velodrome in Cape Town, is an indoor sporting arena located in Cape Town's Northern Suburbs, in Tygervalley.

The arena can seat up to 6000 people, so it’s no wonder the Belllville Velodrome is a popular venue for big concerts and sporting events.

The Bellville Velodrome
boasts a 250m concrete cycling track which surrounds the arena.

Apart from various indoor sporting events, the Velodrome is widely used to host concerts, exhibitions and large conferences.

The Velodrome has all the amenities you would expect including toilets, bar, restaurant facilites, ample and secure parking facilities.

Artists who have performed at the Bellville Velodrome include Counting Crows, Billy Joel and Roger Waters.
