The new hotel lies on the border of Bo-Kaap, a lively area with a strong Muslim ambience. Many of its colourful houses are national monuments and date back to the 1750’s.
Coral International, the first-of-its-kind five-star hotel in Cape Town, South Africa, is offering 30 of its 140 rooms as “Sectionalized units”.
According to the Pam Golding press release “The opportunity is hard to resist as these high-end “units” come with an exclusive ownership programme, providing exceptional services and the special amenities which sophisticated consumers expect”.
According to the release, sectionalized hotels are one of the hottest trends to hit luxury hotels worldwide.
It is a phenomenon that started in Florida, Las Vegas and Chicago and Pam Golding is proud to bring it to Cape Town.
The second part of the business proposition gives each of the buyers will receive a sectional title deed. This entitles the buyers to use the room for 30 days in a year.
Added perks include a 24-hour valet and concierge as well as minimal responsibility for the maintenance and upkeep.
Molo says: “Situated on the corner of Buitengracht and Wale Street, the new luxury hotel adds to the new five star hotels in Cape Town such as Mandela Rhodes Place close to Greenmarket Square and Cape Royale Hotel in Greenpoint.”
The exact locations of the Cape Royal hotel, as well as other new hotels are soon to be expected in our Google Earth map of Cape Town which includes many of Cape Town's hotels and other accommodation.
