New Year’s Eve Dinner menu for 2008/2009 at On the Rocks: Amuse Bouche: Marinated mussel on a rosti served with an exotic pineapple salsa.
Starters: Poached chicken stuffed with feta cheese, sundried tomatoes and garlic served on a bed of butternut risotto and a light Thai sauce.
Main Course: Beef fillet medallions served with a blue cheese potato croquette and a red wine and rosemary jus served with pan-fried vegetables and fresh asparagus OR Crayfish thermidor, topped with a béarnaise sauce and served with exotic Spanish rice, legumes tournée and a bundle of fresh asparagus.
Desserts: Fountains of Belgian chocolate served with delectable seasonal fruits, wafer toulis baskets, traditional short bread, French nougat and a trio of coulis.
