2009 is the sixth year of this very successful and distinctive Cape Town arts festival
With two cooking demonstrations on stage, as well as David Kramer’s Breyani Show, the sixth annual Suidoosterfees is going to cook!
This true Cape festival takes place in the heart of Cape Town at the Artscape Theatre complex from 27 January – 1 February 2009.
TV celebrities Vinette Ebrahim, Shaleen Surtie-Richards, Sandra Prinsloo, Lizz Meiring, Sandra Prinsloo and Charlene Truter will don the aprons with Madosini Mpahleni, the queen of Xhosa music, and Zenobia Kloppers of Ghoema fame.
These seven divas will get the Suidoosterfees cooking from 27 January to 1 February 2009 in Artscape, Cape Town. You can also look forward to a comical Rossini opera, children’s theatre, jazz, stand-up comedy and more!
