Yoga And a Three-Course Dinner – Are You Down, Dog?

Experience the first event of its kind at this yoga and dinner evening

Time for something a little different with this unusual pairing. Get your evening yoga class and dinner in one with this experience catering for yoga, food and wine-lovers (so everyone, basically) at YogaSpirit in Constantia on Saturday 18 August 2018 from 5pm to 9pm, with food provided by Spirit Cafe.

A Vinyasa class with Kate Ball for all levels kicks things off at 5pm, ending at  6:30pm. Spirit Cafe will then serve a delightfully delicious three-course veggie dinner at 7pm, accompanied by non-alcoholic beverages.

If you’d like something slightly stronger to drink (or yoga isn’t enough to cut it after the week you’ve had), you can bring your favourite wine, no corkage charged.
