Two Lamb Burgers For the Price Of One
R110 gets you two fully stacked meals at both Sotanos
Here's an excellent deal for the rand-conscious (and any other kind of) diner: two lamb burgers for the price of one. These are not any kind of burgers, though. Sotano lamb burgers are topped with hummus, tzatziki, avocado, and crispy onion rings, with a side of thin-cut chips.
Usually, one costs R110, but every Wednesday you’ll get two for that price. The deal is on from midday to 10pm at both Sotano Bree Street and Sotano Mouille Point. 
EXCELLENT TAPAS AND DINING OPTIONS
Sotano in Mouille Point is set opposite the promenade. On a beautiful day with a glass of wine in hand, tapas are usually the way to go, like the vegetarian tapas (grilled corn, curried chickpea & spinach, Spanish garlic mushrooms), calamari a la plancha (garlic, chilli, chorizo, cucumber and tomato salad with salsa verde) or lamb koftas in a Catalan sauce (garlic Napolitano) topped with grated parmesan and toasted crostini. For dinner, there are options such as squid-ink risotto, seafood linguine and duck Pithivier in winter (the menu changes seasonally).
…PLUS THERE’S A SUSHI BAR
Sotano Mouille Point has a sushi menu along with an open-plan sushi bar where, besides the classic dishes and platters, there are unique creations such as the Sotano Fashion Sandwich (spicy salmon, prawn, avo and mayo with teriyaki sauce) or the Sotano Crunchy Salad, consisting of finely chopped marinated salmon, tuna and crispy bacon (among other things), plus a special Asian sauce as a topping.
