Save On A Gourmet Food and Syrah Wine Pairing at This Stellenbosch Wine Estate
Sip the renowned wines and taste delicious gourmet food from Haskell Vineyards
From the Platter’s Guide to the Tri-Nations Challenge, Haskell Vineyard's wine range has been acclaimed by wine connoisseurs around the globe, and now you can taste these award-winning wines paired with steam buns with this great special at the Stellenbosch vineyard.
There are two different ranges of wine: Haskell wine, their flagship range, and Dombeya wine, which is the lifestyle range. Since its opening in 2002, the wine farm’s emphasis has been on unique, terroir-driven wines. About 8000 cases of wine (which translates to about 96 000 bottles) are produced every year.
The Dombeya range was named after the original estate and pays homage to the Dombeya tree, which is scattered across the vineyards and represents a cycle of regeneration and renewal. The Dombeya range is also the wine Prince Albert of Monaco served at his 2011 wedding toformer South African swimmer, Charlene Wittstock. The Longtable Restaurant also sells their wines (Dombeya and Haskell) at cellar door price.
Enjoy Haskell Vineyard’s Gourmet Food & Syrah Pairing which includes steamed buns with three savoury fillings and one dessert served with three glasses of Haskell Syrah and one glass of Dombeya Syrah for just R300 for two people.
And if you are looking for more specials at Haskell Vineyards, try their meal for two for R330 at the Longtable Restaurant
