Bed on Bricks will be showcasing songs off their new album 'If You See Kay' at the final Kirstenbosch Winter Warmer Concert at the garden's Silvertree Restaurant on Sunday, 30 October.

Known for their genre-hopping but proudly South African mix of funk, rock, reggae and rap, Bed on Bricks is one of Cape Town's hottest live music acts.

Bed on Bricks features Mike Hardy (sax/vocals), Schalk van der Merwe (bass), Dave van der Linden (guitar) and Tim Rankin (drums). Tickets for the Kirstenbosch Winter Warmer Concerts are R80 per person (Botanical Society members pay R72) and include a welcome drink and a starter course of soup. Booking is essential - 7629585.

The concerts take place on Sunday evenings from 6pm-8:30 pm in the Silvertree Restaurant at Kirstenbosch. Drinks and starters will be served from 5:30pm with the concerts beginning at 6:15pm sharp. Info: 7629585.
