With the year coming to an end, what better way to relax and find your focus than with an evening of Yoga by Candlelight. Life Retreat Studio at Lourensford Wine Estate in Somerset West will be hosting this yoga affair on Friday, 22 December 2017 from 7:15pm until 8:15pm. Tickets are R100 and can be purchased via quicket.co.za.

Life Retreat Studio hosts a number of workshops throughout the year. They are all centred around wellness and includes everything from yoga to zumba so be sure to check out their Facebook page for more information.

Lourensford Wine Estate hosts their Twilight Market every Friday as well. This happens from 5pm until 9pm, so take in all that the estate has to offer and treat yourself to tasty delicacies and an hour of relaxation.
