Cook for a cause with three of South Africa’s top chefs

Learn how to whip up three gourmet meals and help raise money for Iris House Children’s Hospice

Learn how to prepare three restaurant quality dishes, from a perfectly baked salmon to a melt-in-your-mouth lamb shank with a difference. It's happening this Saturday at 2pm via Zoom.

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTORS
With over 30 years of culinary experience between them, chefs Zola Nene, David Higgs and Rudi Liebenberg are hosting a fundraiser to show you how to cook up a flavourful feast at home, while raising funds for Iris House Children's Hospice.

FROM BAKED SALMON TO CURRIED LAMB SHANK
Make a delicious salmon bake sprinkled with fennel bulbs, with the salty hit of capers, with chef David Higgs. Or upgrade your traditional lamb shank with creamy spinach pap and glazed carrots with Zola Nene.

For those who want to get really fancy, chef Rudi Liebenberg will walk you through a Madagascan prawns recipe that includes a rich mussel veloute topped with a green Cape salad and sour fig dressing.

HOW TO JOIN THE CHEF'S TABLE
You can get involved by donating the cost of your selected dish to the Iris House Children's Hospice via Snapscan or via their GivenGain website page. You will then receive an e-mail with the Zoom link. After the Chef’s Table experience, you will be sent the recipe with a personal signature from the chef.
