13 Intimate Weekend Getaways

A cabin in delightful isolation at R250

Our lovey-dovey locations are so sweet: There’s a luxurious accommodation in a restored manor house; a 100% solar powered farm with hammocks as far as the eye can see, and cute cottages and affordable cabins tucked away in the winelands and forest.

For a sweet couples retreat, a glamping getaway is the way to go. You’ll get all the comforts of home at any of the 11 beautiful locations in South Africa. If you want romance, the camp at Pat Busch is especially charming. The views from the deck are achingly beautiful: the 10 private tents are surrounded by verdant mountain ranges and lush hiking trails criss-cross the 200-hectare property. Another romantic favourite is AfriCamps at Doolhof Wine Estate in Wellington where wining, dining and beautiful views create the perfect romantic setting. Why not book a couples massage from the comfort of your tent? Romance will blossom on a boutique glamping trip with AfriCamps.
