South Africa. The Southern Peninsula is generally the best spot to kitesurf for more experienced surfers and the Northern Peninsula is generally the best kitesurfing location for intermediate kitesurfers (except for Hakgat, which is suitable for experienced kitesurfers only).

Other great spots to kitesurf in South Africa are the Country Club Beach in Durban, Sardinia Bay (either westerly or southwesterly) and Millers (on an easterly) in Port Elizabeth.
Ponto d' Ouro is a great place to kitesurf in Mozambique. You can swim snorkel or surf with dolphins here as well. This is also the 5th best place in the world to surf and at low tide it becomes a little reef where you can snorkel.
