Where to watch whales in Plettenberg Bay along the Garden Route
Every year whales migrate along Plettenberg Bay's coast. There are several great spots in Plettenberg bay where you can spot them.
Every year, between July and December, whales migrate from Antarctica along South Africa's South western coast, with Walker Bay as their destination. In Plettenberg Bay, there are several site where you can spot them. Amongst these:

Plettenberg Park

Spectacular views of dolphins and whales from cliff tops.

Robberg Peninsula
From the parking or from coastal hiking trails one can clearly see the whales.

Lookout Rocks & Look Out viewsite
From here, you have a great view over the bay.

Keurboomstrand
A beautiful location to spot whales. Dolphins Point is one of the best places to watch these magnificent creatures.
