Groot Constantia, the oldest wine producing farm
in South Africa (1685), is situated on the Cape Peninsula overlooking False Bay. The vineyards are tucked away in the steep valleys on the eastern side of Table Mountain.

Groot Constantia Homestead
is one of the finest surviving examples of Cape Dutch architecture and one of South Africa's foremost historical monuments and tourist attractions.
