Delaire Graff, a luxury estate on the edge of the Helshoogte Pass in Stellenbosch, has released a handful of seasonal specials that entitle guests to indulgent extras and additional overnights for free.

From May until 15 December 2012, those staying at the opulent wine, art and hospitality destination can look forward to value adds, like complimentary rounds of golf, treatments at the renowned spa, and two- and three-course meals, as part of certain accommodation packages.

Additionally, those who book a deluxe lodge room for four nights can look forward to a free fifth evening, and those who book a luxury lodge room or an owners lodge room for three nights can expect a fourth night on the house.

Once a quaint Cape Dutch estate, since 2003 Delaire has been transformed into a winelands masterpiece under the watchful eye of diamond baron Laurence Graff. And though the property is stunning in its own right, the seasonal accommodation specials are even more appealing to those in search of a little piece of paradise to dwell for a weekend or more.

And with lodge rooms that claim a private heated pool, a butler’s kitchen, Egyptian cotton linen and a pillow menu, among other less glamorous amenities (LED flat screen TV, free wireless Internet, an iPod docking station, etc.), if you can take time off to retreat to this gem on the cusp of the Helshoogte Pass, you’ll certainly not be disappointed.

1. Short Break: Minimum Two Nights in the Deluxe Lodge at R5,280 per Lodge per night.

2. Long Stay, Golf, Pay 4 Stay 5: Pay for 4 nights and stay for 5 nights including 2 x rounds of golf with golf cart rental.

LUXURY LODGE AND PRESIDENTIAL LODGE OFFERS

1. Short Break: Minimum Two Nights in the Luxury Lodge or Presidential Lodge.

Value Add: 1 x 60-minute massage per person per stay and 1 x three-course lunch or dinner at Indochine Restaurant per person per stay.

OWNERS LODGE OFFER

1. Short Break: Minimum Two Nights in the Owners Lodge.
