Louisiana style ribs at Century City, from the creators of Fork

The creators of upmarket yet cosy South African style tapas restaurant Fork are surprising us with the opening of a Louisiana style ribs eatery called, wait for it...  Knife restaurant and bar. The new restaurant is situated in Cape Town's Century City at the back of the luxury Crystal Towers hotel in Canal Walk.

Knife Chef Jonathan Japha and restaurateur Ed Saunders, both renowned for the Fork tapas Restaurant on Long Street are set to make you salivate over a rib meal at their new restaurant in Century City. Until now Century City might not have been the first location you think of when deciding 'where to go for dinner tonight'. We think it is now. Knife ribs may be an excellent dinner option judging by Fork’s tapas reputation and it’s definitely one we would like to try.

Judging by the great success of Fork restaurant and their loyal customers, it was about time for a sister restaurant to be established in Cape Town. Knife restaurant offers signature smoked meats (did we say ribs? Yum!) at their international themed restaurant and bar. The cool branding for Knife Restaurant was done by Cape Town based agency '60 layers of cake'.
